Change machine stole my dollar bill and didn't give me change. Pressure washer doesn't hold pressure so wasted money on car wash. This is the reason why there are no customers. Business is neglected.

For a Laser Wash it doesn't okay job, I think it's a bit overpriced for the end result, would be really nice if they had a subscription model. I would choose a subscription here over zips up the street any day of the week but without a subscription model going through this car wash will be relegated for only when there is a ton of leaves, twigs, pollen, or road salt on my vehicle and I'm unwilling to let my vehicle be touched and instead using just a spray wash.

paid $15 for a car wash and the wash never started. there was a barrel in front of the wash next to me so figured no issue at the one I was at... wrong.. I had already soaped up the tires so tried the one on the left. it worked. so one wash for $30!?!? wish there was a way to get a refund, guess no number or contact for a reason. Will drive to roanoke in the future and not use this wash again. Be aware of faulty wash and no way to get a refund. feels like I got ripped off. thanks..

Update: I received a check in the mail today for $11.00. Went to this car wash today. Spent $4.00 on the second bay. It never turned on. I moved over to the next bay, and it barely had any water pressure, no soap, and the brush didn't even get the dirt off of my car. We spent a total of $11.00 on this lousy car wash, and I still had to come home, and clean up the outside. Poor excuse for a business. Plus, there was nobody there to complain to, or number posted to call. Never again!!!! I want my money back!

I used this car wash for the first time and had a terrible experience. I was in the manual wash bay (slot #2, one from the far right) and the machine took $2.50 but never started. I contacted the number listed on 10/18/2025 and again on 10/21/2025 regarding a refund, but I still haven’t heard back. After reading through other reviews, it seems like many people have had similar issues with these malfunctioning machines and have not received any resolution. It’s disappointing that this problem continues without being fixed. It’s not about the small amount of money—it’s about accountability and maintenance. If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to report this issue and request an inspection. Hopefully, this review will get the attention of management and prompt them to take action.
